Day 0
Brief
You pick a plan and check out. On the next page you fill in a project brief — your stack, expected concurrents, recording needs, deadline. Files welcome (Figma, mock data, anything).

Day 1
Architecture
A WebRTC engineer reviews the brief and posts an architecture sketch in your dashboard chat. We confirm the SDK choice (Daily, Agora, LiveKit), TURN strategy, recording pipeline, and webhook handlers.
03
Days 2–N
Build
We integrate the SDK into your stack. Daily progress check-ins land in chat. You can ask for changes, see commits, and request demo links. Network testing happens in parallel.
04
Day N
Ship
Source code lands in a private GitHub repo we create for you. The PDF deliverable (network test + integration guide) is dropped into your dashboard. We hand off in chat with a recorded walkthrough.
